We created Facebook Audit to visualize personal data that Facebook stores. It won first place in Hackbeanpot 2019’s “Hack to Give Back” category. A user’s full Facebook history is very sensitive data and users shouldn’t have to give up their privacy in order to visualize it, so our app was entirely client side. Instead of the traditional model of sending data to the code, we sent the code to the data. This was my (and my whole team’s) first major front-end project.
